Ingredients:
6 eggs
1/2 tsp dry mustard
3 TBS mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper to taste
Paprika for garnish
Directions:
Hard boil eggs by placing them in a pot covered with warm water. Place on stove and bring to boil. Cook for 10 minutes then remove from heat. * Cool eggs before continuing recipe. Cut peeled eggs lengthwise in half. Slip out yolks; mash with fork. Mix in seasonings and mayonnaise. Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it up lightly. Sprinkle with paprika.
